Venezuela, located in the north of South America, has 32 million people. Caracas is its capital city and it has the largest oil reserve in the world. Today, 84% of the population lives in poverty, with a minimum wage of only 6 dollars per month. In the last 20 years, Venezuela has been suffering from a non democratic government which refers to itself as a “socialist revolution.” The regime was first controled by Hugo Chavez and now by Nicolas Maduro. Almost 4 million Venezuelans have left the country since 2013.
